We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Practice Manager to join our Team at the Dixie Road Pet Clinic.

The Practice Manager holds a pivotal figure in our veterinary clinic, orchestrating operations to ensure financial stability, superior customer service, effective inventory and equipment management, strategic marketing initiatives, adherence to hospital accreditation, and comprehensive team management. The Practice Manager will be responsible for managing staff, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring the smooth running of the practice including being a key liaison between clinic and operational stakeholders.

Supported by our central Operations Team, this role calls for an individual who can adeptly balance a range of duties from financial oversight, including credit card management, to the personal and professional development of each team member through targeted training programs and day to day management.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience (3+ years) in managing operations preferably within a veterinary clinic or healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership qualities, with proven ability to manage, supervise, motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with technology, specifically clinic management software, financial tracking tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated skill and ability in financial management, marketing, and human resources.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Well developed project management skills.
