**Ce que vous ferez**

Nous recherchons un associé aux ventes au détail responsable et très motivé, prêt à assumer toutes les responsabilités de vente, de la génération de prospects à la conclusion des ventes.
- Offrir un service à la clientèle exemplaire en suivant les normes de service d'Olsen Fashion Canada et assurer un haut niveau de satisfaction de la clientèle.
- Démontre de solides compétences en garde-robe et fournit des recommandations en évaluant les besoins uniques des clients et en connaissant les connaissances actuelles sur les produits, les tendances de la mode, les nouveaux arrivages, l'emplacement des marchandises, etc.
- Développer efficacement les relations avec les clients en fournissant des recommandations et des idées authentiques et en améliorant leur expérience d'achat.
- Stimulez les ventes en introduisant et en faisant la promotion d'autres articles, le cas échéant, comme des pièces superposées ou des accessoires.
- Aider à s'assurer que la zone d'affichage des produits est propre et organisée

- Clients engageants confiants et à l'aise pour offrir une expérience supérieure
- Motivé à obtenir d'excellents résultats en raison de son enthousiasme à interagir avec les clients et les produits sportifs
- Avoir une compréhension générale des principes de vente
- Personnalité pleine d'énergie, confiante et amicale
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication
- Expérience avérée dans l'atteinte des quotas de vente

**What you’ll do**

We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated Retail Sales Associate who is ready to take on all sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing sales.
- Provide exemplary customer service by following the Olsen Fashion Canada service standards and ensure high level customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrates strong wardrobing skills and providing recommendations by assessing unique needs of customers and knowing current on-product knowledge, fashion trends, new arrivals, location of merchandise etc.
- Effectively develop customer relationships by providing genuine recommendations and ideas and enhance their shopping experience.
- Drive sales by introducing and promoting other articles when appropriate, such as layering pieces or accessories.
- Assist in ensuring that the product display area is neat and organized

**Who you are**
- Entry level or previous retail sales experience an asset
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
- Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products
- Have a general understanding of the principles of sales
- High-energy, confident and friendly personality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales quotas

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
