Banquet Captain

The main role of banquet captain is to oversee a specific event, coordinate with the kitchen and lead servers in proper execution. Some of the other duties in detail include;
- assigning servers to duties before, during and after dinner service
- coordinate timing with kitchen and event planners
- maintain contact with bartenders and other front of house staff
- supervise the setup of food stations
- setting break times for staff
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability
