**Goal**:We are looking to hire individuals who have Experience in Framing Carpentry and Finishing Carpentry

**Responsibilities, include but are not limited to**:

- Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp requirements
- Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed
- Cut, shape and smooth various materials according to measurements.
- Build and/or assemble various items
- Use hand tools and power tools
- Framing including walls, doors and windows
- Drywall installation
- Install cabinetry
- Custom woodwork
- Install exterior and interior finishes
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and company standards throughout the renovation/construction process
- Repair and maintain existing structures, identify and resolve issues or damages that may arise during the renovation process
- Assist in planning and organizing materials, tools and equipment
- Work with subcontractors and other tradespeople on site to coordinate tasks and ensure seamless project execution
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, leaving the job site tidy at the end of each workday
- Communicate regularly with Project Managers and team players, providing updates on job progress, challenges, and potential solutions

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in Residential Construction/Renovations is REQUIRED
- Experience in Carpentry (Certified Carpenters Preferred)
- Class 5 Driver’s License (minimum) with reliable way to get to and from job sites (Clean driving abstract required)
- Must be qualified to work in Canada
- Must be willing to work out of town

**Salary**: $25.00-$34.84 per hour
