Qualifications & Requirements

**Must have a VALID drivers license and able to start in March 2023**

**Nailer with at least 2 -3 years of experience**

**Minimum 20 years old and able to provide SIN number**

**Valid driver’s license is a must, a vehicle will be provided. You will be responsible for picking up and meeting with the rest of the roofing crew.**

**Must be able to start work as early as 6 or 7am**

**Fall protection is preferred but can be supplied**

**Able to work on 2 storey, steep roofs, as well as lift and carry 70lbs - 80lbs**

Work Responsibilities

**Coordinating with the manager and then with the crew as to where the next job is and where you are to meet up.**

**Pick up material from the supplier, deliver it and unload it at the job site**

**Set up a safe job site and use safety gear and tools in adherence to Occupational Health and Safety best practice guidelines.**

**Maintain a clean and organized construction site by cleaning site of debris and hazardous materials before taking breaks and before leaving at end of day.**

**Make sure all products listed on work order are onsite and installed property and to code.**

**Taking shingle waste to the recycling depot and picking up any materials that you be short on the job site**

**Record all hours and sure there are breaks**

**Wages depend on experience, speed, work ethic and attitude**

**Pay period is bi

**Wage increases based on performance**
