**ANALYSTE FINANCIER (DE PROJET)**

Le titulaire doit assumer les responsabilités suivantes.

Participer à l’élaboration, au contrôle et à l’analyse des dossiers de financement et d’analyse financière d’un portefeuille de projets multi résidentiel et commerciaux (en développement, construction et location). Plus particulièrement:

- Préparer les analyses financières des projets en développement
- Préparer les analyses financières des projets en construction
- Valider les demandes de déboursement des projets en construction
- Préparer les demandes de financement des projets (construction et financement long terme)
- Faire le suivi des prêts existants pour les renouvellements à venir
- Préparer et mettre à jour les listes de prix pour les projets
- Superviser les analyses de « Lease _up » _jusqu'à la stabilisation des nouveaux projets de construction
- Mettre à jour les promotions pour les immeubles
- Faire le suivi et fournir les documents requis pour les immeubles en vente
- Faire preuve d’un jugement sûr et d’une prise de décisions éclairées qui s’appuient sur les faits et sur une analyse financière complexe.
- Travailler en équipe en optimisant son temps pour atteindre les objectifs.

**EXIGENCES**
- Baccalauréat en finance, désignation CFA souhaitables.
- 2+ ans d’expérience dans des responsabilités similaires. L'expérience de stage comptera pour l'expérience requise ainsi qu’une combinaison équivalente d’études et d’expérience.
- Capacité à faire des recherches sur les enjeux, d’analyser les problèmes, à préparer des résumés et à formuler des recommandations.
- Solides aptitudes pour l’analyse et la prise de décisions.
- Capable de maintenir d’excellentes relations interpersonnelles.
- Expérience dans le domaine bancaire immobilier, du secteur immobilier, des marchés financiers et de l’analyse du risque est un atout.
- Capacité d’établir et d’entretenir des relations de travail efficaces.
- Excellentes habiletés en communication orale et écrite. (Français et Anglais).

**FINANCIAL ANALYST (PROJECTS)**

The incumbent must assume the following responsibilities.

Participate in the development, control and analysis of financing files and the financial analysis of a portfolio of multi-residential and commercial projects (in development, construction and rental). More specifically:

- Prepare financial analyses of projects in development
- Prepare financial analyses of projects under construction
- Validate disbursement requests for projects under construction
- Follow up on existing loans and renewals
- Prepare and update project price lists
- Supervise “_Lease up” _analyses until new construction projects stabilize
- Update promotions for buildings
- Follow up and prepare documents required for the sales of buildings
- Demonstrate sound judgment and informed decision making based on the facts and complex financial analysis.
- Work in a team and optimize your time to reach your objectives.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor of Finance, CFA designation is desirable
- 2+ years of related experience. Internship experience will count towards the required experience as well as an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to research issues, analyze problems, prepare summaries and make recommendations.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Able to maintain excellent interpersonal relationships.
- Experience in real estate banking, real estate, financial markets and risk analysis is an asset.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills (French and English)
