**GÉRANT DE RAYON**

Sous la direction du Directeur adjoint du magasin, le Gérant de rayon sera chargé de la gestion des associés aux ventes afin de promouvoir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel, d’obtenir de bonnes performances et d’atteindre les objectifs de vente et financiers.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**:
**Service à la clientèle**:

- Montrer l’exemple en offrant un service à la clientèle exceptionnel aussi bien aux clients internes qu’aux clients externes
- Servir de modèle aux associés en respectant toutes les normes de service à la clientèle
- Former les associés aux ventes afin qu’ils puissent offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel
- Contribuer à atteindre les objectifs de profitabilité en s’assurant que les associés sont assez outillés pour atteindre leurs objectifs de vente respectifs

**Opérations**:

- En collaborant avec le Directeur adjoint, le Gérant de rayon sera chargé d’établir les horaires des associés afin d’assurer un service à la clientèle exceptionnel et la complétion des tâches journalières et hebdomadaires
- Participer à la planification de la rotation des produits, et à l’exécution des rabais et liquidations
- En collaboration avec le Gestionnaire des opérations en magasin, s’assurer que le rayon est bien entretenu et approvisionné, et que tous les rabais sont effectués
- Aider et participer aux rotations saisonnières
- Veiller à ce que les associés respectent les normes de santé et de sécurité

**Leadership**:

- Motiver et diriger l’équipe en montrant le bon exemple en ce qui concerne les techniques de vente, la propreté du magasin, la complétion des tâches, les normes de santé et de sécurité, le code vestimentaire, les relations interpersonnelles, et le respect des politiques et procédures de Sporting Life
- Aider au développement du personnel à travers une formation continue et un leadership avéré

**Formation**:

- Recruter des employés qualifiés en collaboration avec le Directeur adjoint et contribuer à leur développement à travers la formation continue, le plan de relève, l’évaluation du rendement, et un leadership avéré
- Participer à la formation en maintenant une bonne connaissance des produits et en communicant les nouvelles tendances, innovations et technologies durant les sessions de formation
- Participer aux sessions de formation sur la connaissance des produits du rayon

**Compétences recherchées**:

- Passion pour la mode, le sport et une vie saine et active
- Véritable passion pour le service à la clientèle et les relations interpersonnelles
- 2 à 4 années d’expérience progressive en gestion et leadership avéré
- Être axé sur les résultats
- Esprit d’entreprise, compétitivité, confiance en soi et motivation
- Désir de perfectionnement continuel de la connaissance des produits
- Excellentes habiletés en communication
- Capacités avérées à accomplir des tâches multiples et de gestion du temps
- Connaissances informatiques de base
