**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets standards
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
- Coordinate and supervise work for up to 10 employees
- Oversee road maintenance, repairs and construction
- Operate, maintain and oversee repairs on equipment as necessary
- Other duties associated with municipality operations and tasks designated by Council

**Qualifications**:

- Previous supervisory experience in a construction or municipal setting an asset
- Knowledge of road maintenance and construction processes and techniques
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good communication and leadership skills
