**Production Worker**

We are a privately owned product-based manufacturing business in Brossard.

Multiple Mill & Lathe Programmers / Machinists positions to fill.

This is a technical, industrial role with a focus on lean manufacturing.

**Location: Brossard, QC**

We are looking for a motivated Production Workers to join our team in our manufacturing facility in Brossard, QC. The Production Worker will perform a variety of tasks related to production, including operating equipment, operating machine tools, and performing routine maintenance. This position requires a self-motivated individual who takes pride in their work and is willing to work hard to ensure the success of the company.

**Job Requirements**:
**Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and be able to follow all safety procedures.**
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for 7-8 hours.
- Must be able to read and follow production instructions.
- Must be able to use basic hand tools.
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to follow instructions and follow all safety procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, customers, and vendors.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Ability to follow all production requirements and work hours as scheduled.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate various equipment and machine tools
- Ensure organization, cleanliness and time management for the workstations and equipment under your responsibility.
- Package and organize parts and products
- Receive, unpack and store products.
- Assist with any production related tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
