**Overview**:
We are currently seeking experienced and professional Bouncers to join our team. As a Bouncer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our patrons. Your primary focus will be on loss prevention and ensuring the overall safety of the establishment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter
- Maintain a visible presence to deter any potential disturbances or illegal activities
- Handle difficult situations and diffuse conflicts in a calm and professional manner
- Conduct regular patrols throughout the venue to identify any suspicious behavior or safety hazards
- Enforce venue policies and procedures, including dress code requirements and age restrictions
- Assist with crowd management during busy periods or special events
- Collaborate with other security personnel and law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies that may arise

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working as a Bouncer or in a similar security role is preferred
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with law enforcement practices and procedures
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $27.54-$33.35 per hour

Expected hours: 11 - 17 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Security Guard Licence (preferred)
- Tactical License (preferred)
