Why is this Role Important?

Duties and Responsibilities:

- To prepare, fill, rotate and maintain product displays, ensuring the quality of product meets Company standards;
- To be responsible for organizing and setting up the department;
- To provide input on the ordering of all salad bar department supplies for efficient operations;
- To follow the set guidelines of the Salad Bar Program;
- To maintain the sanitation standards and safety procedures in accordance with Company policy;
- To assist in the directing and supervising of staff (as required);
- To assist in training new part time staff (as required);
- Other duties, as required.
- 1-2 years’ previous experience in a salad bar retail environment;
- Flexibility to work night shifts;
- Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Previous experience in a produce department a definite asset;
- Previous experience in creative and unique merchandising would be considered an asset;
- Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment.
