Join our team as our newest **Head Rest Set-Up Technician** on **Afternoon shift**

**Your daily responsibilities will include**:

- Perform broach, changes and swage, punch, bend, stamp, laser etching, seam finder minor adjustments; troubleshooting and hydraulic repairs to all cells in the plant.
- Perform set up, repairs, troubleshooting and adjustments on equipment to produce quality product.
- Responsible for working in a team environment.
- Complete tasks following set up work instructions for weld cells, dedicated cells and flex cells.
- Responsible for packing and sending out used broaches for sharpening.
- Responsible for keeping an inventory of all broaches.
- Responsible for preventive maintenance on broaches as per company procedures.

**What are we looking for?**
- Secondary school diploma.
- Ideally has approximately 2 years of experience in an automotive manufacturing.
- Must have mechanical aptitude.
- Proficient in the use of precision measuring equipment, such as verniers, micrometers, dial indicators and a optical comparator.
