**We are currently hiring a Warehouse & Shipping Supervisor to join the team at our Evaporation Facility in Goderich, Ontario.**

**HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM?**
- Exceeding bagging line efficiencies above established standards.
- Coaching employees in Environmental Health, Safety, and Security.
- Coaching employees in Food Safety.
- Scheduling manpower, CIP duties including leadership.
- Effectively assigning of manpower to support efficient plant operations.
- Be an integral part of the hiring process for labour.
- Oversee the plant finished goods inventory to maintain accurate inventory and finished goods inventory cycle counting.
- Manage the shipping activity of finished goods to ensure food safety policies are adhered to. Supervisor the compaction process.
- Enter production batches into the E1 system.
- Resolve issues surrounding the inventory control system in E1 including inventory reconciliation, vacation scheduling, truck scheduling, and logging.
- Liaise with customer service, truck drivers, logistics, and credit.
- Perform other related duties as required

**Qualifications**:
**WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING TO THE ROLE?**
- Minimum High School Diploma, preferred post-secondary education in a related field.
- 5 years’ experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing setting.
- Previous supervisory experience in a unionized environment would be considered an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
