DOCK HOST - Contract Salary + TIPS ** BONUS payable upon completion of contract

Remote Coastal Fishing Lodge looking for an Energetic Enthusiastic person to be part of our team running the docks at the Lodge.

Spend the summer season at remote coastal fishing lodge on the mystical BC Coast. The Great Bear Rainforest is a very special part of BC that few people get to experience. MAIN RESPONSIBILITY - Ensuring that a first class service is delivered to all areas of the lodge and world-class customer service direct to the guests. Help create memories of a lifetime
Job involves cleaning, fuelling, re-positioning, re-provisioning & maintenance of our fleet of fishing boats as well as care & maintenance of fishing equipment. You are responsible for maintaining and cleaning all areas on the docks, garbage removal, unloading, sorting & storage of all deliveries by boat or plane.

Ability to carry moderate-heavy loads. You will be standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling and moving quickly for extended periods of time and on your feet for the entirety of each shift in variable weather conditions This is a very physical role with daily repetitive tasks. _**MOST IMPORTANTLY complete all duties/tasks in a timely and organized manner.**_

Strong interpersonal skills as you are on the front lines dealing directly with guests with high expectations.

Boating & Fishing experience a must
- Note:_ _Due to the nature of our business all members of the team may be required to take on additional responsibilities at times to ensure an exceptional guest experience._

You: Driven & hard working. Quick to complete tasks, ability to multitask and work independently. A spirited team player looking for an adventure that can handle the intense, fast paced and isolated work environment.

Work is 11 hrs/day split shift, 7 days/week for 7 weeks July & Aug. No days off.

**All our employment contracts are in compliance with Employment Standards Pay Regulations & includes overtime as per BC Employment Standards**

First Aid, Plumbing, Mechanical, Carpentry, Electrical experience a plus.

And... a Super Fantastic attitude is essential

**Salary**: From $1,600.00 per week
