**This position requires knowledge of Flatbed Operations/Dispatch**

Responsibilities would include but not be limited to:

- Completing Client Onboarding KYC.
- Sending Client Rate Quotes within service timelines and required response times.
- Coordinating with Corporate Accounts for Credit Application completion and set up of new Client or Credit Limit increase request.
- Ensuring customer service provides real time updates and being available to clients for any concerns
- Ensuring all Driver and Equipment Files are maintained as per MTO requirements and kept updated at all times. Ensuring periodic audit of these files and compliance with any Audit Report.
- Assisting Operations planning and management as required.
- Backing up for Operations Head during any scheduled absence.
- Minimum of 2-year experience of flatbed dispatching/operations
- Trained in the use of MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Plan and distribute workload to maximize utilization of assets and hours of service.
- Manage outbound and inbound freight goals.
- Book LTL and FTL shipments via loadlink
- Schedule and route freight pickups and deliveries.
- Provide timely customer communications and freight tracking.
- Available for some after hours on-call work.
- Any other task required to facilitate and optimize the Division’s Operations and Customer Service.
