**En quoi consiste l’occasion d’emploi ?**

À titre de conseiller expert en services bancaires à RBC, vous sollicitez les clients ayant des besoins en matière de services aux particuliers et petite entreprise à rentabilité élevée, et vous établissez et développez des relations en créant de la valeur dans les moments qui comptent pour eux. Vous offrez aux clients des conseils proactifs et professionnels et, en collaboration avec des partenaires RBC, vous aidez les clients à atteindre leurs objectifs et répondez à leurs besoins lors d’événements clés de leur vie. À titre d’expert-conseil, vous contribuez à de solides résultats de vente et au maintien de la clientèle. Que vous aidiez un client à apprendre comment tirer parti des modes de prestation numériques, que vous lui proposiez une stratégie de placement en vue de financer les études d’un enfant ou que vous lui recommandiez une solution d’emprunt pour réaliser un moment qui compte, vous contribuerez, par votre savoir-faire, à la prestation d’une expérience client positive et mémorable.

**Quelles seront vos tâches ?**
- Communiquer avec les clients afin d’en apprendre davantage sur leurs besoins et de les aider à atteindre leurs objectifs
- Offrir des conseils professionnels aux clients et les renseigner, et démontrer une capacité de répondre aux besoins complexes de particuliers et d’entreprises en matière de crédit et de placement
- Collaborer avec des professionnels reconnus dans leur domaine, notamment des experts-ressources en planification financière, en planification de la retraite et en prêts hypothécaires, ainsi qu’avec des spécialistes des services bancaires à l’entreprise, afin que les clients puissent bénéficier de conseils d’expert personnalisés et ciblés
- Tirer parti de la technologie pour offrir une expérience client de qualité, stimuler les ventes et fidéliser la clientèle
- Prendre sur soi de résoudre et de prévenir les problèmes des clients qui touchent à leurs services bancaires
- Mettre en œuvre des stratégies de contact clientèle et d’établissement de relations, et contribuer à l’acquisition de nouveaux clients au sein de sa collectivité
- Expliquer aux clients les caractéristiques et les avantages des produits et services de RBC, et les aider à utiliser les services bancaires numériques (services mobiles et en ligne, GAB, etc.)

**De quoi avez-vous besoin pour réussir ?**

**Exigences**
- Permis de vente de parts de fonds communs de placement (cours Fonds d’investissement au Canada ou Cours sur le commerce des valeurs mobilières au Canada)
- ** Obtention ou en voit d’obtenir les cours suivants**:
1- Principes de planification financière
2- Placements et fiscalité - Québec
3- Assurance et retraite - Québec
- De deux à trois ans d’expérience concrète dans le secteur des services financiers, notamment la gestion du crédit et des placements
- Capacité manifeste d’établir et de maintenir des relations de confiance à long terme avec les clients
- Connaissance d’une vaste gamme d’appareils numériques (c.à-d. téléphones intelligents, tablettes, ordinateurs portables, etc.)
- Bilinguisme requis: français et anglais
