We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented **Food Production Associate** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our food products. The position offers an hourly rate of $18 and provides opportunities for career growth within our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to food safety policies and maintain a clean work environment.
- Accurately measure and weigh ingredients according to recipes.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure efficient production processes.
- Assist with various tasks including but not limited to mixing, blending, cooking, packaging, and labeling.
- Record production and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in food manufacturing or production.
- Knowledge of food safety procedures.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate production demands.
- Effective communication skills.
