Supporting the payroll/total rewards team, we are seeking a Data Quality specialist with a background in Human Resources and/or Payroll Administration. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the data integrity across all HRIS systems that support the end-to-end Payroll Operations.

**Position Details**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct quality assurance checks and audits on data entry in our HRIS system
- Build and process reports required for payroll processing and reconciliations
- Assist with Payroll projects/enhancements and QA testing to ensure data quality in production
- Assist in payroll reconciliations and year end processes
- Identify, document, report any issues or risk of HR/Payroll data
- Monitor and Manage Data Replication
- Assist with the data integrity of employee files, and coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Liaise with various stakeholders to resolve payroll related issues
- Ensure any enhancements or new processes developed, are also updated in various reports and audit checks

**Qualifications**:

- University or College Degree, in Business/HR/Payroll
- Experience with various SuccessFactors modules is asset
- Experience in HR and/or Payroll is preferred
- Advanced knowledge in Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skill
- Ability to multitask multiple projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
