- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and frappes
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment to brew and prepare beverages
- Ensure the quality and consistency of each beverage by following recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes
- Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
