**Responsibilities**:
- Answering phone calls and responding to customer and Driver inquiries in a timely manner with the highest degree of courtesy and accuracy-
- Facilitating the flow of information within the Customer Service Centre-
- Completing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll tasks-
- Entering data from timesheets on a daily basis; performing daily audits and entering corrections; transmitting payrollGenerating payroll and billing reports as needed-
- Encouraging compliance with company policies and procedures-
- Maintaining accurate, organized, and up to date filing systems for all administrative records-
- Maintaining security of all files and records-
- Scheduling and invoicing field trips and charters-
- Performing general office duties including writing letters, generating reports, drafting pay-memos, copying, filing, faxing, etc.**Qualifications**
- High school Diploma or equivalent required; completion of college level Accounting courses preferred
- Fluent in French and English
- 1 to 3 years of experience with computerized payroll and billing systems; experience with Oracle preferred
- Excellent computer skills with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Demonstrated ten-key and data entry skills
- Ability to maintain accuracy and speed in data entry
- Strong working knowledge of basic office equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills along with demonstrated diplomacy skills
- Strong clerical skills
