**Summary of Responsibilities**:
- Manipulator
- Pushing in carts and loading into paint line. Approx 100 - 130 times per shift. Pushing carts to locations
- Loading stone shields into welder with another operator NEVER ALONE
- Offloading stone shields into proper packaging and labeling
- Loading and unloading straps into welder and into proper packaging
- pulling racks into line, packing parts into totes and loading totes onto skids
- offloads approx. 8 to 10 racks a shift
- Taking 160 TYA off rack loading onto assembly fixture
- Using torch gun to attack horns and latch
- Unloading part and packing into proper pkg
- Support production line work, such as reworking, packing, and sorting parts.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with timelines and quota objectives.
- Complete all relevant and required documentation prior to shift ending.
- Participate and complete all Health and Safety training or any other training mandated by the Company.
- Report any inventory problems.
- Perform quality checks and ensure product meets specifications.
- Responsible for any equipment that has been assigned.
- Maintain & improve housekeeping within work area, including but not limited to cleaning, sweeping, mopping
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- High School Diploma
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to meet quota and standards
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment performing repetitive tasks
**Preferred Qualifcations**:
- Mindset for continuous improvement
- Strong team work skills
