Woodworker / Cutter

What you are responsible for:

- Utilize miter saw/table saw to cut wooden moldings according to customer order
- Ensure quality of moulding is up to company standards prior to cutting
- Communicate any issues to the supervisor/manager
- Keep work area neat and tidy
- Carry out any tasks that may be assigned by the Warehouse Lead or Supervisor in an effective and timely manner

What we require from you:

- High school diploma required
- Prior Warehousing and/or order picking and/or framing experience is an asset
- Prior experience with mitre saws/table saws is an asset
- Ability to read and understand imperial measurement system (inches and feet)
- Willingness to cross-train in other areas of production
- Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting as well as independently
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Wood and aluminum cutter: 1 year (preferred)
