**Financial Analyst**:
**Your Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Project Controlling, you will be responsible to provide direct support to the Manager, Project Controls for all project and cost control activities including analysis, reporting and planning. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Utilization and enhancement of financial modelling to support budgeting, forecasting, and project return analysis
- Support analyses, modeling, and coordination of project funding requests as well as providing support to the Project Controlling functions in the execution phase as required
- Analyse reports, investigate/document significant variances and recommend corrective actions as required
- Coaching and training non-financial personnel to enhance cost awareness, accountability and forecasting accuracy
- Develop reports and provide analysis in support of ad hoc reporting requests
- Provide financial expertise in cross functional teams
- Identify and support improvements to business process and interfaces within the finance function and cross functionally
- Support the annual budget process including process enhancements, consolidation, analysis, and coordination of input from budget owners

- Enrolled in or eligible to enroll in the CPA PEP program
- Previous management accounting, budgeting and controlling experience an asset
- Previous mining experience considered an asset
- SAP experience considered an asset
- Demonstrates fluency in English orally and in written form
- Ability to work accurately under pressure
- Ability to work with others as a team
- Must be authorized to legally work in Canada
- The preferred location of this position is Bethune (Regina/Moose Jaw) however, this position could work out of our Saskatoon location. Flexible work arrangement may be considered._ _
