The Role:

- Infuse your passion for people into every interaction, delivering exceptional, personalized service that turns first-timers into regulars.
- Be a menu maestro, showcasing your deep knowledge of our craft offerings and guiding guests to their new favorites.
- Exude confidence and adaptability, maintaining section efficiency and jumping into any role with gusto - from front of house charm to back of house precision.
- Team up with fellow crew members to sail through the busiest periods, embodying our high standards of service.
- Gracefully navigate the ebb and flow of service, making each guest's experience seamless, even when the unexpected happens.

Technical Expectations:

- Proven experience in serving/bartending, with a preference for those who've thrived in a dynamic brewpub and micro-event center environment.
- Must hold a SmartServe certification and be committed to responsible alcohol service.
- A multitasking maven, with the ability to communicate effectively and solve problems on the fly.
- A readiness to learn and grow, embracing the tools and training we provide to continuously improve.

Part-time hours: 4-20 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$16.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- serving: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
