**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Administration of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange 2016, Hyper-V and Office 365 Suite
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer system and network related problems.
- Schedule and perform all network maintenance, firmware/software upgrades in a Windows environment with mínimal disruption to staff.
- In-depth experience with server environments including domain controllers, on-prem AD, and Azure AD, user permissions, and roles.
- Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Information Systems support or related field from an accredited college or university.
- In-depth knowledge of networking concepts including routing, subnets and firewalls.
- Good understanding of Windows Server 2012/2016, Active Directory, Exchange 2016, O365, EMS, and Azure
- Strong experience in the administration, and management of Windows Group Policy Objects for endpoint configuration management and software deployment.
- Intermediate understanding of security controls and technologies to ensure the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of information systems.
- Knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem and Change management processes would be an asset.
- Experience using remote desktop tools to support users.

**Working Conditions and Requirements**:

- Average amount of physical effort is required
- Able to sit/stand for prolonged periods of time
- The role may require occasional onsite and after hours support
