**IHOP Supervisor**
Who does not enjoy starting the day with a hearty breakfast? For 61 years, the IHOP family restaurant chain has served our world-famous pancakes and a wide variety of breakfast, that are loved by people of all ages — offering an affordable, everyday dining experience with warm and friendly service.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assists in directing employees in all phases of operation, to achieve high standards of food preparation and presentation, service to guests, general cleanliness, and pleasant atmosphere in accordance with all SOP’s.
- Support in ensuring that all personnel, equipment, and supplies are prepared and ready to meet the needs of the business.
- Assists in assigning employee duties and responsibilities and encouraging teamwork.
- Inform all employees of new menu items, specials, and promotional materials to ensure a complete understanding of food preparation and service.
- Assists in conducting orientation and training for new employees and giving refresher training to the current employees, when needed. Supervise employee performance and conduct under the company policies.
- Enforce portion control as per SOP. Check Deliveries for proper quantity, quality, pricing, order completeness, breakage and spoilage.
- Perform other assignments as needed or which may be assigned by the General Manager or Assistant Manager.
**Job Requirements**:
- 1+Years full-service restaurant.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and Holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards on food storage and handling techniques is highly desirable.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- 8 hour shift
