We pride ourselves on quality, locally fabricating and installing custom countertops for residential and commercial projects alike.

**Position Summary**

This position is responsible for working in the Laminate Shop to manufacture high quality laminate countertops.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Safely move countertops from carts to a saw
- Read shop work order to determine scope of project
- Check product for imperfections and ensures that the company is able to make the best use of the material
- Maximize product usage and ensures pattern and color match
- Cut jobs and confirm each piece matches job details
- Cut fill strips
- Glue and staple fills to the pre-made countertops
- Cap laminate countertops
- Make and install side splashes
- Maintain saws and their components
- Keep working area clean and organized
- Work in a safe manner that complies with all safety guidelines
- Contribute to team effort and complete other duties as required or assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Basic knowledge and experience in woodworking an asset
- Outstanding attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to learn from more experienced staff members
- Strong Attention to details
- Ability to lift 85 lbs. +

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
