We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Psychotherapist to join our team.

**Position Overview**:
As a Psychotherapist at Elegance, you will provide support and guidance to clients navigating their wellness journeys. Your role will involve helping clients understand their emotional and psychological needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to support clients’ emotional health.
- Assist clients in setting personal goals and developing strategies to achieve them.
- Provide psychoeducation on topics such as body image, self-esteem, and stress management.
- Collaborate with our medical team to create comprehensive care plans tailored to each client.
- Maintain confidential client records and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
- Stay informed on trends in wellness and mental health.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Valid registeration with RCC or RSW in BC
- Experience in a healthcare or wellness setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and client-centered approach to counselling.
