HUMANCONTACT - the most versatile mid-sized creative and communications agency in Canada - is looking for a full-time **Creative Associate** to join our dynamic, talented, and ever-expanding team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with the development, coordination, and delivery of creative content for our various projects and clients, with a specific focus on our Corporate Events and Communications campaigns
- Collaboration with our Events, Design, and Video divisions to produce content based on client objectives
- Organizing and delegating project elements to team members, including quality control and briefings
- Reporting to the Creative Director for project and operational direction
- Formatting and creating presentations (using both HC or client-branded templates) for events and client initiatives
- Liaise with supplier partners (printers or audiovisual companies, for example) to ensure creative materials are prepared to be deployed on site
- Support the HUMANCONTACT Events Team on site as needed

**What we are looking for**:

- 2-3 years of experience working with events, agencies, design, video, and/or other creative fields or asset management
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communications and writing skills
- Strong presentation skills and working knowledge of MS Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Previous experience with Adobe Creative suite and/or HTML code preferred
- Bilingual in French/English preferred

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
