Cardiac Sonographer

We are seeking a dedicated Cardiac Sonographer to join our team at 360 Cardiology & Diagnostic Centre

Hours:
Friday: 9 am - 5pm

**Requirements**:

- Registration with CMRITO
- Current membership with Sonography Canada or ARDMS with valid credentials
- I.V. certification is considered an asset
- Relevant experience in adult cardiac sonography/echocardiography
- Ability to work independently
- Must be located in Ontario; international applicants will not be considered
- Graduate of an accredited training program in cardiac sonography
- Full-time/part-time availability
- Wage based on skills and experience, ranging from $40-$50 per hour

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform adult echocardiography, with experience in contrast echo and IV certification considered an asset
- Work independently and in collaboration with the Medical Director
- Follow complete protocol as per Cardiac Care Network requirements for performing adult sonography
- Perform full protocol resting echoes and stress echoes
- Prepare accurate reports for physician interpretation
- Demonstrate effective communication (written and verbal), organization, and interpersonal skills
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Display exceptional bedside manners and respect for patient requests and privacy
- Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Accept assigned or delegated functions
