**Job Requirements**:
**Work Experience**:

- 5-7 years of collective related experience in IT Support, IT project deployment, and IT Field work.
- Previous MSP experience.

- Assess client IT needs and make recommendations, including IT equipment and service packages.
- Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data centre.
- Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; and anticipating requirements.
- Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; and initiating corrective action.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Provide technical advice before and after client interaction.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench-marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Education and Certifications**:

- BSc/BA in Computer Science, or relevant field, or a 3-year college diploma in Computer Science.

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
