Asp Trainer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned ASP Trainer (health and safety on construction site) to join our team as soon as possible. There are two trainings scheduled from April 20th until May 4th, 2024. As a ASP trainer, you will be responsible for teaching and implementing safety training programs to ensure compliance with industry regulations and promote a safe work environment. This is a vital role in our organization as you will be instrumental in educating Inuit participants on best practices for maintaining safety on construction sites.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an ASP trainer
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to effectively train individuals at all levels of the organization
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations
- Must be fluent English and are able to teach in English
- Must be comfortable with residing in the remote areas for the duration of the trainings

We offer competitive compensation packages, the travel and accommodation arrangements are also done by our unit. Training schedules are confirmed a year in advance; should we commit to a long term collaboration on contract basis, you have the liberty to plan your other professional and personal commitments in advance.

Note: This is a paid contract position
