**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES **Maintenance and cleanliness of the camp grounds as required including grass cutting, yard maintenance, garbage pick-up, snow shoveling etc. Complete basic repairs to guest rooms, common areas and exterior repairs. This may include drywall repairs, painting, caulking, etc. Replacing light bulb and fixtures as needed Responding in a timely manner to guest maintenance requests, such as a door not opening, plumbing issues or TV issues. Maintain frequent interaction with coworkers, management and guests. Participate in safe work practices; meetings and tool boxes Ensure organization and cleanliness of the work area as well as storage areas, Perform other duties and functions as requested
**Job Specifications and Skills**:The individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Physically fit to perform grounds keeping, manual snow removal and other tasks. Ability to stand for long periods of time, the ability to climb stairs and ladders. Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds. Self-starter "Jack-of-all-trades", able to work independently - mínimal supervision Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience or knowledge in related maintenance areas is an asset (basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, wall & painting repairs) Basic knowledge of tools and their uses (tools provided) Work to a WHMIS Health and Safety Standard. Personal protection equipment MUST be used in compliance with OHS regulations. Needs creative thinking and on the spot problem solving skills. Must be versatile, able to work under pressure or in stressful situations. Must have the ability to manage large workloads and effectively prioritize and multitask. Valid Alberta driver’s license is required, drivers’ abstract required. Eager to learn and grow as a member of our team. Maintains confidentiality
**Salary**: From $22.50 per hour
