**S.K. Cornerstone is presently expanding rapidly and looking to hire Logistics Coordinator for its Kingsville office.**

**Job Summary**:

- Answer and support all inquiries from internal and external Stakeholders
- Coordinate and confirm scheduled appointments with internal team, carriers, suppliers and clients.
- Enter and verify shipment tenders
- Prepare and provide daily tracing/tracking reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively monitor shipments and communicate potential issues to stakeholders
- Monitor and follow-up on on-time pickup and delivery
- Communicate orders, movement instructions, load movements, and other information to dispatchers, carriers, drivers and customers.
- Recording, maintaining and providing shipment arrival & departure information.
- Timely status information updates; documenting service performance and equipment tracking.
- Any other task requested related to scanning, documentation support, fax, and photocopies as a general support to the well-being of the operation.
- Ability to build and promote ongoing carrier relationships.
- Establish internal relationships with sales to expand book of business.
- Manage relationships with current carriers to provide excellent service to our existing customers
- Communicate load details and shipment parameters to carrier dispatch and drivers throughout the lifespan of the shipment
- Monitor progress of shipments on a daily basis to ensure coverage, on-time performance and addressing any mid-transit issues
- Communicate load statuses, issues and concerns to internal and external stakeholders

**Education & Qualifications**:

- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Intermediate to advance with IT systems
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar type of position, ideally in a logistic work environment.
- Advanced data entry skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (intermediate level).

Pay: From $1.00 per year
