**Insurance Sales Broker**

**YOU LOVE** letting someone else manage the relationship after the sale.

That said - you MUST love selling, helping people and a have natural affinity for detail.
*This is not a sales position that requires cold calls. The position has a base salary (of $50,000 - $55,000 annually) with the potential to make additional commission per year. Benefits and RRSP matching also included.*
SPECIFIC Responsibilities
- Digital sales to develop and drive personal lines insurance quotes and closings.
- Maintaining a high level of solution expertise and competitive intelligence.
- Detailed questioning, gathering and recording accurate quote information.
- Tracking and reporting personal and company goals.
- Submitting accurate and complete information in TruLeads.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding opportunities, trends and challenges.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly quota objectives.
MINIMUM Requirements
- Prior related sales experience.
- RIBO Certification or Agent's License
- Ability to establish rapport quickly, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-oriented collaborative environment.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
**New Sales Commission Bonus**:
- Ability to earn an additional 30% to 65% of base salary
