**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues, resolving user inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Utilize tools such as Visio for network diagrams and documentation.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and improve IT processes.
- Collaborate with team members on projects utilizing Agile methodologies.
- Analyze system performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Support data visualization efforts using Power BI and Tableau to present insights effectively.
- Participate in project management activities to ensure timely completion of IT initiatives.
- Document troubleshooting processes, solutions, and user guides for future reference.

**Experience**
- Proficiency in Python is preferred for scripting and automation tasks.
- Strong data analysis skills to effectively analyze issues and propose solutions.
- Familiarity with project management principles is a plus.
- Experience with tools such as Visio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar software is advantageous.
- Previous experience in an IT support role or related field is desirable but not mandatory.
