General Labourers and Experienced Tradesmen

Montréal, Canada Thomas & Thomas Full time

**The duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Jobsite preparation including unloading materials and tools.
- Perform all labor duties as required, assist foreman (framing, drywall, plaster, tiling, paint, etc.)
- Jobsite cleanup periodically in order to maintain a clean and safe jobsite.

**What we are looking for**:

- General renovation knowledge and experience and/or a strong willingness to learn.
- Eagerness and willingness to learn and receive instruction and direction from your foreman
- Experience working with hand tools and power tools
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- The ability to take direction and ask questions when needed; positive attitude
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Critical thinking skills which allow you to assess problems and come up with appropriate solution
- Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner
- Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various construction practices
- Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team

**Requirements**:

- No experience required but preferred
- Punctual, Responsible and Dependable
- Equipped with basic hand tools
- Method of transportation

**Job Type**:Indoor and outdoor

**Salary**:Hourly rate based on previous experience and skills.

**Location**:West-Island, Westmount, Hampstead, Town of Mount Royal (TMR).

Pay: $15.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
