**Valsoft Corporation is currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join the Finance team**

**What your day will look like**:

- Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable
- Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers
- Maintains and updates customer master data i.e.: files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions
- Drafts correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacts delinquent accountholders to request payment
- Creates reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested
- Assists in generating monthly billing statements based on the general ledger
- Assists Accounting Manager in reconciling revenue accounts each month
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues

**About you**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivables or a similar role
- Excel MS Excel knowledge
- NetSuite knowledge is an asset
- Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills
- High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
- Attention to detail
