We are seeking a Bodyshop Refinish Account Professional to serve our Western Canada Members preferably based out of Edmonton Alberta. You must have a proven record of success in building effective business relationships and have exceeded sales and operating targets. A passion to build and maintain trust, accountability and genuine camaraderie with Supplier Partners and New Car Dealership Members in Bodyshop and other departments within a Dealership.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Grow and maintain Warehouse Consumable and Refinish business with both new and existing clients while developing on going relationships with Fixed Operations, Bodyshop and Parts Managers.
- Introduce new products and processes to existing accounts and provide demonstrations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by troubleshooting paint and systems related issues within the Bodyshop.
- Regular visits to Accounts to maintain stock levels and Introduce products and supply and place Orders.
- Meet sales targets and objectives

**Qualifications**:

- Preferred relationships within Bodyshop/Collision industry in Western Canada and a thorough practical knowledge of automotive paint spraying. Industry/Outside B2B Sales experience with a proven track record of success and Problem-solving skills is required.
- Exceptional relationship and communication skills combined with the ability to make decisions, recommendations and manage situations where influencing and persuasion is required
- Previous dealership work experience and post-secondary education an asset
- Drivers License and Clean Drivers Abstract is Required

Automotive Dealership Consumable and Equipment Sales and Fixed Operations Experience will be Considered a huge Asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
