**Position Overview**:
Flat Mate is hiring for Technician roles. As a Technician at Flat Mate, your primary responsibilities will encompass a range of outdoor cleaning and restoration activities, contributing to the enhancement and preservation of both residential and commercial spaces.

We are looking for the best talent in the industry: friendly, hard-working, goal and detail-oriented technicians who enjoy working independently. A great attitude and work ethic is a must and successful experience in the construction/maintenance industry is an asset.

**About Us**:
Flat Mate Property Services exterior cleaning company in Vancouver, BC specializing in high-end residential homes and commercial building maintenance. We pride ourselves on assembling an incredible team of professionals who are passionate about making a significant impact in the exterior cleaning industry.

**Operating from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional opportunities for extra work on Saturdays.** At Flat Mate, we are committed to excellence in training and development, ensuring that you are equipped with the latest tools and techniques to deliver outstanding service. Our work is physically engaging, perfect for those who enjoy staying active, enjoy working outdoors, and thrive on variety—every day presents new challenges and opportunities to shine.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of labour tasks including pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, graffiti removal and stone sealing.
- Safely operate and maintain equipment, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and your team.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project execution and meet client expectations.
- Maintain a tidy and organized work environment, leaving properties in impeccable condition.
- Working with clients throughout the job process to provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Complete basic admin work including invoicing, customer call ahead, and reading and understanding the scope of work on customer contracts using an Ipad.
- Go through companies' PAID training and development programs.
- Strive to uphold the company's reputation for excellence by delivering high-quality results.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Previous experience in general labour or related fields is preferred, but not required.
- Comfortable working with ladders and at heights.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and outdoor work.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering results of the highest quality.
- Strong work ethic, outgoing personality, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Safety-conscious mindset, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
