Jr. Project Manager

The Junior Project Manager is responsible for managing, maintaining, and overseeing all aspects of a construction project, from the Sales hand-off to the execution of the work scope and through to project close-out. The position is responsible for developing project budgets and will negotiate contracts and bids to acquire the necessary resources to ensure project completion.

This position is responsible for client liaison, subcontractor, and vendor management, managing HSE, quality, project financials, project schedules, risks, administrative functions and communications with all stakeholders. This role also requires an individual to provide competent training and mentorship to the project team, along with helping to identify areas of improvement with the overall life cycle of projects and project support software. As such, excellent interpersonal skills are required.

**Salary**: $63,966.00-$67,969.00 per year

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
