Warehouse Clerk

**Job Title: Warehouse Shipping / Receiving Clerk**

Fastek is an authorized service and repair center for many major brands, including Hitachi Milwaukee and Dewalt. We service and repair most makes and models of air tools / compressors (gas and electric) and power tools. We also specialize in complete repairs to powder actuated and gas powered nailers.

**Full Time position**

**What is a typical work day?**
- Shipping / Online Sales Clerk
- Shipping / Receiving parcels
- Customer quotes
- Enter online orders into system
- Create shipping labels through courier portal
- Sign in and track tool repairs
- Call customers

**Requirements of this Position;**
- Google sheets/docs knowledge
- Neat penmanship - mandatory **Each applicant may be required to provide an example of their penmanship as this is a key factor to the job**:

- Ability to work efficiently/ multitask
- Has more than 6 months past experience in shipping and receiving
- Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills
- Strong phone skills both inbound and outbound
- Proven ability to effectively manage time, organize and complete tasks.

**Computer and technology knowledge**
- Inventory control software
- MS Excel
- MS Outlook
- MS Word
- MS Windows

**Work conditions and physical capabilities**
- Bending, crouching, kneeling
- Standing for extended periods
- Well organized: sort, scan and label the parcels according to the manifest.
- Ensure cleanliness of work area.
- Is in good physical condition. This job may require carrying loads of 40 to 50 pounds and to stand or walk several hours.
