Electrical Estimator

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze tender drawings, specs, and other documentation to understand the scope and requirements of electrical work.
- Research and gather data on material prices, subcontractor quotes, and other relevant information to ensure precise cost estimates.
- Prepare detailed and organized bid proposals that outline the scope of work, pricing breakdown, and any other relevant information.
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the project and incorporate contingency plans into the cost estimation.
- Engage with clients and attend pre-bid meetings to understand the project expectations and address any queries related to the bid.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in electrical contracting or as an electrician.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Note: The starting salary offered is a base amount that will be reviewed according to the experience of the applicant._
