The Company’s properties and projects span British Columbia, Alberta, and the Western United States.

Niradia is currently looking for a **Cash Flow Analyst/ Manager**. Responsible for the reconciliation of all monies entering a number of our businesses, as well as balancing of reports with bank deposits. The Cash Manager will work closely with senior management and will be meticulous and have a strong sense of numbers and a keen eye for the details.

As this position handles large volumes of cash, it is integral that the individual is trustworthy, ethical and principled. Please note that this position will also require travel throughout Vancouver and the GVRD.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete and balance Daily Sales Reports
- Ensure all credit cards/debit transactions reported and reconciled to bank deposits
- Foster a cash-conscious culture by sharing feedback with management and staff and helping them take ownership over cash related decisions
- Credit Card disputes
- Communicate with the location management on a regular basis, preferably daily, with all key issues and problems addressed in a timely manner
- Work with other members of the accounting team to share best practices and resolve issues
- Count and balance the floats
- Ensure all equipment related to cash admin is operational and maintained including Credit Card Terminals, Cash Counters, Safes, POS Systems
- Report any issues/irregular activity/policy violations etc.

**Job Qualifications**
- 3+ years previous experience in a similar role
- A knack for solving problems and getting to the bottom of things
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Honest approach and conscientious of company policies
- Able to commute around GVRD

This role will offer a base salary, full medical and dental benefits, flexible hours as well as opportunity to grow within a larger organization.

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
