**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct extensive property valuations, investment committee submissions, and market and asset class research in conjunction with the Real Estate Investment Management team
- Provide ongoing support for monitoring the performance of direct real estate investments during the due diligence process
- Contribute to the ongoing asset management reporting requirements, including budgeting and period reporting
- Perform on-site due diligence during initial acquisition and ongoing support as needed
- Conduct detailed market research across all commercial & residential real estate asset classes

Experience

valuation, accounting and understanding of cash flow statements as well balance sheets.

Proficiency in MS Excel

MS in finance, or MBA with relevant experience in real estate investing or BS in finance and accounting with 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate investment or a relevant field.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Location: One location
