As an IT Subcontractor - Client Infrastructure Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our clients' IT infrastructures, addressing their needs, and ensuring seamless operations. This position offers a dynamic and challenging opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies while delivering top-notch service to our valued clients.

**Responsibilities**:
**IT Infrastructure Management**:
Oversee and manage the IT infrastructures of our clients, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.

Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary upgrades or changes.

Proactively monitor network systems, servers, and hardware to detect and resolve issues promptly.

Collaborate with clients to understand their IT requirements, recommend appropriate solutions, and implement them effectively.

**Client Support**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client support, addressing their inquiries, issues, and service requests promptly.

Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting expertise to resolve hardware, software, and network problems effectively.

Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and propose solutions that align with their business objectives.

**Phone Support**:
Handle incoming phone calls from clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and professional communication.

Actively listen to clients' concerns, provide accurate information, and guide them through issue resolution.

Escalate complex or critical issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation and resolution.

**Reporting and Communication**:
Regularly communicate with the company owner, providing updates on client job requests, and any escalated issues.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working in a similar IT subcontractor or client infrastructure management role.
- A Vehicle and Smart Phone is a Must-Have.
- Laptop preferred, but not required.
- Basic Knowledge of RMM Software (Remote Monitoring and Management)
- Strong expertise in managing and maintaining IT infrastructures, including servers, networks, and hardware.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, with a solid understanding of IT best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle clients' inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $16.19-$20.00 per hour
