We are looking for highly skilled professionals adept at business improvement, innovation and transformation. The TSTx Program requires four Project Analysts to provide excellent analytical, policy development and comprehensive business skills in the following areas:
The Implementation Support Office and the Digital Implementation Office plan, implement, and coordinate the delivery of divisional digital and business transformation projects to modernize the division's programs, products, services and processes to be more streamlined and efficient, driven by a client centric approach.

The Service Management Office leads lean business modernization activities, benefits realization planning, change management leadership and planning, key performance evaluation and service standard measurement to ensure our programs and projects are aligned with strategic organizational priorities.

**What can I expect to do in this role?**: In this role, with a focus on customer-centric digital delivery and product development, you will:

- Support the development and design of new technology enabled business processes
- Work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to implement program change
- Lead or participate in multifaceted project teams and working groups
- Research, develop and recommend new business practices, processes and models
- Provide strategic, planning and change advice on program improvements, including impact analyses of suggested improvements

**How do I qualify?**:
**Business Knowledge and Planning Skills**:

- You have demonstrated experience in developing comprehensive policy reviews and assessing business options
- You have experience and thorough knowledge of program management, business planning and policy development
- You know decision making processes and policies in the public sector

**Analytical, Problem Solving and Planning Skills**:

- You are able to resolve complex problems
- You have strong analytical and conceptual skills to assess the implications of business process change
- You can assess review and analyze current business practices and data; conduct options analysis looking at inputs and outputs and areas for improvement
- You have strong experience in leading a number of concurrent business delivery projects to completion
- You have strong planning and organizational and project management skills

**Communication and Negotiation Skills**:

- You have excellent oral and written communication skills
- You are able to prepare and deliver presentations
- You have issues management and facilitation experience
- You have proven negotiation and consultation skills to establish linkages with stakeholders

**Computer Skills**:

- You are proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and SharePoint
