- Is knowledgeable shows consistent willingness to learn about trends and supports brand messaging
- Gains understanding of how merchant skills impact business and the customer experience

LEADERSHIP
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, strong assessment, and decision-making skills
- Provides insight to Manager in relationship to the customer experience
- Participates in ongoing staff education and through sharing of product knowledge
- Comfortable working alone

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven success in offering an exceptional customer experience
- Not working (or planning to work) at another cannabis retail store or LP concurrently with this position
- A passion for our product and changing the way the world sees cannabis
- A desire to have fun, laugh and support the customer and team member journey along the way
- You must be at least the minimum required legal age in Ontario, and be able to pass a police background check
- You must be CanSell certified and be able to provide a copy of the certificate

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
