- **a Lead QA Analyst and is eligible for a fully remote work arrangement.**

**This is a contractor position.**

**The Opportunity**:
You will be part of an Agile Product delivery team bringing robust feature sets, intuitive designs and user interfaces to our Salesforce users. You seek an in-depth understanding of the products and know what it takes to deliver risk-based test solutions. You can provide fast relevant feedback to the team using smart test design and a business-value mindset.

In this role you’ll:
- Make decisions on planning, strategies, estimations, and milestones for testing leading to successful implementation and timely project completion-
- Testing processes related to reporting, tracking, and escalation of issues discovered during testing and ensuring closure on the issues-
- Be an optimal test tooling and techniques to enable API testing, UI Testing, Performance/Load testing, Database testing-
- Derive test scenarios and test cases for even the most complex business rules and scenarios-
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and robust execution of testing as part of a regular release schedule-
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to independently analyze test results and be confident in making decisions and recommendationsActively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, co-workers and customers.- Here’s what you bring:
- 2-4 years direct experience in the design, development, and implementation of QA Best Practices-
- 2-4 years in designing, implementing, and maintaining regression tests for enterprise software across multiple platforms-
- Experience with Postman, Jenkins CI, Zephyr JIRA plugin, JMeter, SQL query language-
