Duties & Responsibilities:
- Organize food tickets and effectively communicate with FOH & BOH to ensure food quality, timing and delivery is maintained.
- Garnish food dishes as needed, ensure all modifications are met.
- Remove dirty glassware or dishes from tables and run these through the dishwasher.
- Restock clean glassware for bartenders.
- Restock beer, liquor and wine as needed. Must be able to lift and move full 50lb kegs.
- Responsible for removing empty beer kegs, beer bottles and liquor bottles.
- Stock ice, change syrups or CO2.
- Communicate with guests to ensure they are enjoying their experience at McCabe’s. Raise any concerns to the manager on duty.
- Assist with opening and closing server duties.
- Put away liquor, food or dry goods orders as directed by a manager.
- Keeping the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, washing glassware, organizing coolers and storage areas and emptying garbage and slop buckets.
**Requirements**:
- Smart Serve Certified
- Ability to work 6+ hours on your feet
- Must be available Wednesday, Friday & Saturday evenings
- Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis
- Team player who always searches for ways to help others out whenever needed
- Customer service experience (preferred)
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
